REASON FOR KEEPING THE REGISTER
With the consent of a Suomi Connect services user (thereinafter referred to as the “User”) in connection with the use of Suomi Connect Oy services and related functions (thereinafter referred to as the “Service”).

USE OF THE REGISTER
The User’s personal data will be processed for the maintenance, management and development of customer relationships related to the Service, for analysis, marketing, statistics and for the production, provision and development of the Service.

INFORMATION CONTENT OF THE REGISTER
The service processes information in the following categories when a customer makes a purchase:
– Contact information
– Business information
– Accounting Information
– Product information

Technical information collected through e-commerce through cookies or otherwise: IP address, browser type, visit time.

Information regarding the User may be processed, to the extent permitted by the Personal Data Act, in the registers maintained by Suomi Connect Oy.

REGULAR SOURCES OF INFORMATION
Personal data will be collected from the User in connection with our contact or later in connection with our use of our services.

REGULAR DISCLOSURES AND DATA TRANSFERS OUTSIDE THE EU OR THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA
Information in the User Register will not be disclosed for direct marketing purposes unless authorized by the User.

Information is not routinely disclosed outside the EU or the European Economic Area.

PRINCIPLES FOR THE PROTECTION OF THE REGISTER
The information is collected in common databases of the Service which are protected by firewalls, passwords and other technical means. Any manual information that may be accessed is located in locked and guarded rooms and is accessible only to certain predefined persons.

REVIEW AND REMOVAL RIGHTS
Pursuant to section 26 of the Personal Data Act, the user has the right to verify what personal data is stored in the personal register. The User also has the right to request the deletion of the data registered by him. The request for verification must be sent in writing and signed at:
