Tilattavat tuotteet valitaan kotisivuilla lisäämällä ne ostoskoriin. Tilaus lähetetään maksamalla ostoskorin sisältö verkkokaupan kassatoiminnossa. Tehdessäsi tilauksen hyväksyt nämä toimitusehdot, tuotteiden hinnat sekä toimituskulut. Mikäli tilaushetkellä annetaan sähköpostiosoite, tilauksesta lähetetään tilausvahvistus sähköpostitse. Tilausvahvistuksesta ilmenevät tilatut tuotteet sekä hinta.
The products to be ordered are selected on the pages by adding them to the shopping cart. The order will be sent by paying for the contents of the cart in the checkout function of the online store. By placing an order you agree to these terms of delivery, product prices and shipping costs. If an email address is provided at the time of ordering, an order confirmation will be sent by email. The order confirmation shows the products ordered and the price.
Paying and payment methods
Online store’s payment intermediary is Checkout.
Checkout is a secure payment method for you. We have a payment institution licence from the Financial Supervisory Authority. The service is maintained by Checkout Finland Oy (Business ID 2196606-6) and Checkout Finland Oy is part of OP Financial Group.
The Checkout payment intermediary will forward your payment to the merchant. If your bank statement or credit card bill shows Checkout Finland Oy, we have forwarded your payment.
Orders are mailed on weekdays. Delivery time from stock is usually 3-5 business days. If the products to be delivered are made to order, the delivery time is usually 1-3 weeks. Shipping costs will depend on the shipping method selected, any additional services, the weight and size of the order. You will see shipping costs in the cashier of the online store before your order is finally approved.
If the product is lost or damaged during delivery, you must notify the store immediately, but within 14 days. Packages damaged in delivery must be notified immediately to the company responsible for the delivery.
The e-commerce customer has a 14-day replacement and return right under the consumer protection law. You have the right to exchange or return some or all of the products in your order. Products to be returned or replaced must be in their original packaging and in good condition for sale. If you would like to return or exchange products, please contact our online store first for return instructions. Please include your name, contact information and account number in the refund for a possible refund.
Cancellation of order, defect liability and reclamations
You may cancel your order by written notice prior to delivery.
The online store has a statutory liability for the products sold. In case of complaints, please contact our customer service. The consumer shall have the right to bring any dispute before the Consumer Dispute Board.
